In this section, we discuss how psychology, mental preparation, and toughness can help you to feel good about yourself and be a happier, healthier person on and off of the soccer field.

Using our performance model, this section looks at both thinking and feeling – this is because how you feel about yourself is largely dependent on how you think of yourself and how you interpret the thoughts and opinions of others.
