Have you heard the common saying…
“You need to identify that you have a problem before you can begin to solve it.”?
You first need to know what will trigger negative emotions and behaviours for you, and then start to think about WHY they trigger you, and WHAT the consequences could be for your behaviour. We have created an ‘Emotional Trigger Worksheet’ for you in your kitbag. Before moving on, take a few minutes to write down your triggers, your reactions to these triggers, and why you think you behave that way.
