Notice that we have designed this goal setting process as a cycle – this is because once you have achieved a goal, you need to set new ones. That’s how you will continue to improve.

So, once you’ve actioned your plan, and achieved your goal – do another assessment. What areas and skills do you need to work on next when you repeat the cycle?

In time, you could have anywhere from one goal, up to six goals that you are working on at any one time (or more!)
